These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Stuccco, Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky (“Stuccco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the ImagineInteriors.ai website, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Site. If you are under 13, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. 4. User Content and License
You may upload photos, videos, designs, text, and other materials (“User Content”) to the Site. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your User Content. However, by uploading, posting, or submitting User Content, you grant Stuccco, Inc. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content as described in the Terms.
5. Generated Designs and Ownership
When you use ImagineInteriors.ai, our AI may generate designs or visuals based on your inputs (“Generated Designs”). Paying subscribers own the Generated Designs created through their account for commercial and non-commercial use. Free or trial users may have watermarked or limited usage rights. Stuccco retains the right to use Generated Designs for AI training, research, and marketing purposes.
6. Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant Stuccco a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and commercialize the feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and technology on ImagineInteriors.ai (excluding User Content and Generated Designs) are owned or licensed by Stuccco, Inc. and protected under U.S. and international laws.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to certain features may require payment of fees or a subscription. Payments are processed by third-party providers and automatically renew unless canceled.
9. Marketing and Public Display
By using the Site, you agree that Stuccco may publicly display anonymized examples of your content and Generated Designs for marketing and educational purposes.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or harmful conduct.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” STUCCCO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated designs may not always be accurate or appropriate.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUCCCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stuccco and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Louisville, Kentucky. You waive the right to participate in any class action.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
16. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
