Refund Policy for ImagineInteriors.ai
At Imagine Interiors, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to deliver exceptional AI-powered virtual staging. Please review the following policy to understand when and how refunds may be issued.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refund Request Period – Your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- Usage Thresholds – For AI Virtual Staging, no more than 10 images may be generated during the eligibility window.
- Plan Type – The purchase must be for a new subscription or one-time service. Refunds are not provided for plan upgrades, renewals, or partial billing cycles.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- The purchase was made more than 7 days ago.
- Usage exceeds 10 generated images regardless of the purchase date.
- Subscription renewals or auto-renewals not canceled before the billing date.
- Requests based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., aesthetic preferences) once services have been delivered as described.
- Incorrect or incomplete account or payment information provided by the user.
- Plan upgrades — once processed, the additional payment amount is non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria, please send an email to info@stuccco.com with the subject line “Refund Request”. Include your ImagineInteriors.ai account name, registered email address, and a short explanation of the reason for your request.
You’ll receive an email confirmation indicating whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are not eligible, your current plan and access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider. ImagineInteriors.ai is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or external platforms.
5. Policy Updates
ImagineInteriors.ai reserves the right to revise or update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
